Out of 184 big data European startups, Feelingstream is one of the 30 participants invited to join the REACH Incubation program. The aim is to develop data-based solutions for doctors in the medical sector.
Feelingstream is an innovative AI-driven conversation intelligence solution, that transcribes and classifies customer interactions and automates the after-call work.
“Feelingstream is partnering up with Medicum for digitalizing the doctors’ and nurses’ everyday work. Estonia is experiencing a lack of medical professionals in the family doctor system. So, the crucial challenge for our cooperation is to figure out a way to serve more patients in coming years”, describes Terje Ennomäe, CEO of Feelingstream.
REACH is an exciting incubation program, supported by European Commission, with a €3.5 Million fund for Big Data companies. The first selected 30 European bright big data startups and SMEs join the program starting from April 2021. Feelingstream now must face four competition levels. First is to introduce the concept, second to build the prototype. Then next comes discovering the marketing ideas for the solution and finally attracting investors.
REACH program involves many impactful organizations, including EstBAN, the Estonian Business Angels Network. Anu Oks, managing director of EstBAN explained “EstBAN is one of REACH partners making sure that investors get to meet the best ideas and teams. We are really happy that Feelingstream was selected to participate in the program. That’s a great opportunity and a possibility to get training, mentoring, and valuable contacts from Europe.”
“The journey will be interesting and joyful as data-based solutions are leading our life every day. Medicum wants to be part of this trend”, says Siiri Heinsaar, Member of Management Board of Medicum Tervishoiuteenused AS.
