Aligned with the EU AI Act

Our AI is designed to support and empower human decision-making rather than replace it. Because our system does not make autonomous decisions and includes human oversight, it is not categorised as a high-risk AI system under the Act.

Your ISO-certified partner

We have obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification. The scope covers the development, deployment, support, and maintenance of our conversation analytics platform and customer service — demonstrating our dedication to strong data-security practices.

We use AI to support analysis and insight generation, never to make decisions about individuals. AI features are built with fairness, transparency, and human oversight in mind, and all outputs are clearly marked and reviewed by a human.

Cloud-based setup

Secure cloud solutions through Microsoft Azure or AWS. The customer selects the environment based on their internal policies, with deployments following strict, region-specific security standards.

Data anonymisation

We anonymise conversations from every channel — removing numbers, email addresses, links, names, and custom words in both audio and text, and altering voice tonality to make speakers unrecognisable.

Granular user access

A user-group-based access policy grants access based on need — restricted by channel, event type, team, time, or to anonymised data only. Customer opt-out from analysis is respected.

Activity log

All activities in the tool are logged, covering every user. We can recreate the user journey if necessary to see what a user has viewed and done in the system.

Background checks

We verify identity and qualifications before hiring, and can meet a customer's request for a thorough background check on employees before a project begins.

Data retention

We retain data for the period specified by the customer — anonymised or not, audio or text — and permanently delete data that falls outside the retention window.

Transmission & technical setup

All data transmissions are encrypted using industry standards, and the platform provides out-of-the-box REST API integrations for secure import and export.

Technical security layers

Technical security layers protect our mission-critical systems from external attackers, with access restricted based on user roles and rights.

Multi-factor authentication

Login to the platform and learning environment uses multi-factor authentication — an additional layer of security for our customers' accounts.
